Gma's ruffle shirt

{My machine}
In the midst of all the fun we've been having I have actually pulled out my sewing machine!  I know...who hauls their machine on vacation?  Oh, just me.  I was hoping to get Tanya to sew with me one night while I'm on vacation.  But in the mean time...

{Wendover}
Right now my grandma is probably playing the slots at her favorite machine in Wendover.  And if you happen to be in the casinos you may see her in this cute little number!

This ruffle shirt is SO cute & SO easy!  I just followed this tutorial on Shannon Makes Stuff & look how cute!  Gma didn't have a long sleeved shirt to use, so we just picked up one for $10.

This was my 1st time making rosette's and I had to play around a little to get them to look right.  Maybe I'll do a tutorial on it someday...if anyone cares.;)  I love how they turned out...and so did my grandma.

I attached a snap button which is my new favorite thing. Super easy.  I'll have to give you a tute on that too...they are really the coolest thing I've found lately!!

What do you think?  I mean about the shirt...not how funny it is that I brought my sewing machine with me to Oregon!;)
