Photo Gift Tags! {Love 'em}

I have to admit that I'm pretty excited about this one.

When I'm putting Aidan down to sleep & its nice and quiet I love to think. The other day I was thinking about how fun it would be to put my photocard on gifts as tags. Then I realized if I put 2 on a 4X6 print they would only be $.07 each OR print them on cardstock for next to nothing! I have to admit I got a little giddy. {I know, I need to get out more.;}

So get ready to dress up that little present with a customized photo gift tag!

They're super easy and are great on ANY gift, but especially on those plates of goodies, mugs, or whatever you give to those you see most often. Your co-workers, neighbors, friends, family, teachers, church leaders, etc. will love your personal touch on their little "gift"! The best part...it counts at a Christmas card too! {Well, at least in my book!} I LOVE that you save a stamp too!

{Sidebar: The "neighbor gift". Before I moved to Utah I'd never heard of a "neighbor gift". (Have you?) These are the little goodies or treats you give to your neighbors or friends when you go caroling. {wink, wink} They get really creative with them here & I'm sure there are blogs that are dedicated to fun ideas for these little gifts! Anyway--these would be a perfect addition to any "neighbor gift".:)}

A "Neighbor Gift" with Gift Tag:

So here's the lowdown so you can make these handy little tags...

1. Grab that family photo card you made from the tutorial last week.

2. In photoshop {or whatever photo editing program you used} put 2 cards onto one 4X6 card...

3. Cut those sweet babies out!

4. Hole punch the top corner to attach the card. {Omit this step if you just want to tape the tag on.}

Nice.
5. Grab your Sharpe {red and green are fun!} & write address the card "To: ".

What a fun, thoughtful surprise to get on a package!

Now just what for those smiles to come!

Want me to make a photo gift tag for you?! No problem. Click here for more info.

Let me know if you make them!! I'd also love to see how they turn out...email me! toadstreasures@gmail.com.

Don't go yet!! I'm going to have a drawing!!!

Leave a comment and you are entered!! What will you win? A customized photocard & gift card made just for you! You'll email me a pict, I'll dress it up, & email it back to you! {That's when you go crazy and order a bunch of prints for friends and family!} I'm going to have at least 2 winners, so Good Luck!

Thanks for the Tip. I usually just a normal photo card with all my neighbor, and work gifts but this idea would be great for those type of things.

Emily, these are super cute. I too have photoshop and only know cropping and red eye. Now let's take a step back...remember your cute birthday boy toothpicks...are those photoshop too? Did you ever do a tutorial on those? I love em, and thought of them yesterday when I was in Walmart and found some cute (but not as cute as yours)Christmas muffin 'picks.

Fun idea, what I do (no photoshop required) is print them as wallet size at costco and you get 4 cute little tags! Great blog, Emily.
