Dinner?

I'm getting tired of making the same dinners...anyone have any good ideas? My sister Stephanie was making fun of me a while ago because I make the same 3 things all of the time...chicken enchiladas, chicken fajitas, and curry chicken on rice.
If you have any easy suggestions please help me out!:)

I have a word document that has TONS of recipes. I had all my friends send me their favorite recipes and then I put them all together. I'll look for it and e-mail it to you. I think it's on my husbands computer. :)

Oh. And there's a link on my blog to a girls blog--Kitchen Cafe. She puts a lot of really good and more importantly, pretty easy recipes on there. Check it out.

I love allrecipes and those other websites, but unless I have a starting point of what I'm trying to cook with, they overwhelm me. However, I have a few recipes that are family favorites and I think you'll like - I'll email you!

Here is the recipe to my "go to"

Pizza dough
1 1/8 cup water
1 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
Mix yeast and water, let sit a min. Add the rest, let rise 20 min. Roll out and top with whatever (i usually do cheese, cause I never had the good toppings on hand). Bake at 425 for 15 min.

I usually throw in a cup of wheat flour for one of the three cups, adds some bulk to the crust and more healthy right?

I may have to ask the same question on my blog, I'm feeling in a dinner rut too. Good idea!
